Mary Maxine Greene, age 78, of Glady Fork Road, Buckhannon, died Saturday, August 8, 2015, at Nella’s Nursing Home in Elkins. She was born on September 16, 1936, in Adrian, a daughter of the late Clark Burton and Pauline Kerns Lane. She was also preceded in death by her husband Herbert Eugene Greene, one daughter Connie Sue Rhodes, and one brother Perry Neil Lane. She is survived by one daughter Patty Lea Perrine of Buckhannon; one son David Clark Greene of Fort Mills, SC; five grandchildren: Geoffrey David Perrine, Suzanna Dale Rhodes, Mary Jo Smith, Beth Ann Kelley, and Shelly Lynn Gause; three great grandchildren: Nevin Smith, Jr., Nate Smith, and Benjamin Gause; and one brother Charles Junior Lane of Belington. The body will be cremated.
